Energy Logistics, Inc. (ELI) a name you’ve come to know and trust as
a leader in providing third party shorebase, logistics and marine support
has expanded its services to include contract "Professional Logistics
Personnel". Available at ELI operated shore bases since 1996; these
services are now available at a location of your choice.
ELI understands the key role and value logistics plays in your Supply
Chain. Aided by our state-of-the-art Logistics Support System, our
professionals are armed with the most sophisticated logistics management
tool available in the industry.
As part of our Professional Services portfolio, we now offer the

Within each classification, ELI is able to offer varying degrees of
experience from Entry Level to Senior Level personnel, depending on the
customer’s need.
LOGISTICS SUPPORT SYSTEM
Route Optimization
The route optimization feature of LSS takes into account the many
variables encountered in offshore logistics. As a result, ELI is able to
develop models with a variety of configurations and analyses to provide
optimized routes, schedules, fleet mix, and costs all integrated with a
sophisticated Geographic Information System that provides mapping and
location information.
Vessel Optimization
When modeling route scenarios or scheduling actual routes, LSS
provides the capability to adjust vessel cargo costs, cargo
requirements, delivery locations, vessel types, and then selects the
optimum vessel(s) for the optimized route(s).
Manifesting & Reporting
ELI has developed LSS to receive, store, and archive information for
all materials moving to and from offshore locations. Cargo information
is easily accessed to create computer-generated manifests that comply
with DOT/USCG regulations. Because information is stored in a database,
reports, either canned or customized are available.
