ELI and Liberty currently operate full-service facilities in Morgan City, Cameron and Venice Louisiana. Each of these locations offers complete logistics support, staging and loadout services using modern technology. Each base also maintains a safe and environmentally responsible atmosphere in compliance with all federal, state, U.S. Coast Guard, and EPA regulations.

With a substantial fleet of vessels operating out of strategic locations in the Gulf of Mexico, ELI is developing a "UPS-like" marine service for the energy industry.  Our "as needed" cargo deliveries to offshore exploration and production locations optimize material handling while reducing costs. By employing advanced information and communication systems to track cargo and vessel requirements, we can provide either dedicated or shared cargo runs. We have regularly scheduled runs from Morgan City, Venice, and Cameron, Louisiana. Efficient helicopter and land transport services are also available to meet your needs.

ELI’s Logistics Support System (LSS) is a state-of-the-art information system developed by ELI to improve logistics management efficiency. This system incorporates a specially adapted geographic information system (GIS) that provides mapping and location information, fleet/vessel optimization, cargo manifesting and tracking, and report generation essential to managing ELI’s logistics network. LSS’s capability to receive information from global positioning systems (GPS) and onboard vessel electronic log systems allows for real-time asset and cargo tracking.

Liberty services provides experienced personnel for on-or-offshore production operations including: operators, roustabouts, dispatchers, etc. Liberty also provides equipment rentals including cranes, forklifts & trailers.

ELI's logistics management services include around-the-clock dispatching, expediting, purchasing of services and supplies, material tracking, asset tracking and inventory control.
