Since
1997 Energy Logistics, Inc. (ELI) has provided various marine transportation
services out of its shorebase facilities in Venice, Morgan City and Cameron,
LA. These services include lump sum cargo deliveries on dedicated vessels or
economic shared deliveries both on a regularly scheduled or
"ad-hoc" basis. ELI provides these services on vessels it has under
direct charter or chartered by others but managed by ELI under agreements
that allow us to share out surplus time or space. For the past two years,
ELI’s marine services have been provided by 130-135 ft. crewboats and
110-125 ft. utility vessels and primarily focused on regularly scheduled
production deliveries or "hot-shot" runs to support drilling.
ELI’s customers pay only for the transportation they need when they
need it and have realized significant cost savings compared to more
traditional time chartering with its inherent inefficiencies. Customers
include Shell, Burlington, Spirit Energy, BP Vastar, Anadarko/UPR, Ocean
Energy, Chevron-Texaco, Grasso Production, ExxonMobil, et al.
Pricing
for ELI’s delivery services will be dependent on delivery location,
capacities required and degree of advance scheduling and will be generally on
a lump sum basis, fuel and lube inclusive. Deliveries requiring only portions
of available capacity thereby allowing space to be shared with others will
result in significantly reduced delivery costs as will our discounts for
advance scheduling and loadout at ELI’s facility. Details regarding our

efficient vessel routes and schedules and facilitates material tracking with

With
ELI’s marine delivery services you pay only for the transportation you
need when you need it and will not have the operating and administrative
burdens associated with normal time chartering. We can provide fixed pricing
